As an authorized representative of the company in which I am currently employed, I acknowledge that I have read and accept the terms and conditions of this agreement. Terms and Conditions: Payment Policy: Deposit must accompany the registration form to hold your prioritized scheduling position.

Remaining balance is due 30 days from registration date and NLGS will invoice you for the balance due. Registration deadline is May 31st.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to January 3rd of the year of the event and are subject to a $400 administrative fee. Any requests to cancel after this date will not be honored and no monies will be refunded. There are no refunds for incidental registration modifications.
