Show Policies
Terms and Conditions: All Buyer participants must be available for all scheduled appointments between the established event hours for both Tuesday and Wednesday of the event.
Cancellations: It is requested that you make every attempt to follow through with your commitment to attend, as cancellations damage the integrity of the appointment schedule, your company, and the integrity of NLGS. In the event of a personal emergency, please as a company make every effort to send another representative from your company.
Travel Reimbursement Policy: Not all Buyers qualify for travel reimbursements. Qualifying buyers will receive a total of up to $400.00 in travel related expenses. Travel related expenses can include Air travel, Car milage and Hotel. Travel Reimbursement envelopes are provided for all qualifying buyers at the event at check-in on Monday. Qualifying buyers must attend all scheduled appointments and must submit travel receipts for approval by July 1st of the same year for full reimbursement. Late travel receipts will not be reimbursed. Any buying company who cannot full-fill the full event hours, skip, cancel or leave the conference early deliberately missing scheduled appointments will not be eligible for reimbursement.

Photographs, Publicity Material, Radio and Television and Print Media: When you enter NLGS, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by NLGS and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote NLGS in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of the show. You release NLGS, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.
Attendee Agreement: National Lawn & Garden Show (NLGS) remains attentive to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the ever-changing federal, state, and local governments’ rules and regulations in response thereto. NLGS will adhere to all rules and regulations that affect the operation of the NLGS 2022 trade show (“Trade Show”), including but not limited to current and future rules and regulations passed by the State of Texas, Irving.
