1. This itinerary serves solely as a guide from a photography perspective, not a guarantee. It's sole purpose is to organize all documentary wishes to best capture the most important events throughout the photographers schedule. It is presented as a service all in best efforts for your day to be as low-stress and successful as it can possibly be.
2. If a Planner/Day of Coordinator is applicable, this itineray does NOT serve as a replacement for the FULL day of coordination and final timeline. While we are willing to make suggestions, merely from a storytellers perspective, wedding planning/coordinating is an entirely separate job in the wedding industry that does not fall under my umbrella of expertise or responsibility.
3. Pay close attention to who is obligated to be ready for each event PRIOR to the event taking place. For instance, if we have scheduled for the Bride to get into her dress, be sure that whoever is going to be helping Bride into her dress is fully ready no later than the start of the event. Likewise, if we are doing a first look with Father, be sure Father is ready no later than the start of the event and so on...
4. While all events are subject to change, Reception, expecially, may evolve if DJ/Entertainment is applicable. As long as time allows for all events to be documented, we may follow the lead of the DJ/Entertainers as it is there job and expertise to keep guests entertained.
5. Be sure all details are organized in ONE corner or box for your photographer. This is vital as we are on tight schedules and this will save us from wasting precious documentary time collecting all of the items throughout the venue.
