The Junction House is a community-oriented, easily accessible event venue where community members can gather while contributing to Habitat for Humanity of Lafayette’s mission of providing affordable housing (maximum occupancy: 88).
Anyone looking to make a reservation must meet the policy outlined in this agreement. Bookings are taken on a first-come, first-served basis and will require a non-refundable deposit of $50 in order to secure each event. Payments can be made via credit card. Rental hours are from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Junction House Rental Fees:
- $50 non-refundable deposit for incidental purposes (additional fees may apply for damages, uncleanliness, and loss of keys at the Junction House)
- $40/hour (due at time of booking)
- Daily and weekly rental rates are also available
