Moraine Pointe Cinemas Birthday Party Theater Rental Request Form

In order to request a theater rental for a birthday party, please read and fill out the following form. All private theater rentals must be booked and confirmed by our manager at least one week in advance.  Thanks!

Birthday Party Details -

• You will have 15 minutes before your movie start time for snacks and gifts in the auditorium. A team member will then bring in your concession items for your group to enjoy during the movie.
• If you are planning an event for more than 10 people, we offer fun concession packages at an exclusive group rate. Please see group concession options below to pre-order! 
• A table will be provided in the auditorium for use during your party, if you'd like.
• Feel free to bring cookies and/or a cookie tray for a birthday treat. Your group may also bring in a maximum of 2 large pizzas or 1 sheet pizza for the group; for additional pizzas, we will require an additional $25 external food fee. Please bring in your own paper products for any food that you provide to the group. (Please note: Cake, cupcakes, and ice cream are not permitted in the theaters. Thank you for your cooperation!)
  
  Birthday Party Guidelines -

• A minimum of one adult must accompany the party at all times.
• The party must pay in advance for the auditorium rental (which includes 30 tickets) and a $25 rental fee. 
• Should you need to cancel after your party is confirmed, we will require a 72-hour advance notice for a full refund.

• Once you submit this form, a manager will contact you to confirm your time slot, arrange payment, and discuss the fun details! Please note: Until you have spoken to the manager, the private rental party is not booked.  Thank you. 

Movie Selection

Each week, film companies make various films available for theaters.  The theater manager will send you a list of the available titles as soon as possible. 

Selecting Your Party Start Time -

Please select the party time slot that best fits your needs. (Don't worry if you don't know yet. A manager will contact you before the reservation is finalized.)

Please note: These time slots are tentative until our theater manager calls you to finalize and confirm party details. Birthdays are booked in the order of contact so some or all times may not be available on your requested date. Movie options will be confirmed once we get closer to the party date.
