Each vendor spot will be 8’ x 8’ sections and 1 table and 1 chair will be provided.  Our venue has chosen to implement the restriction exemption program and we will follow all Covid rules, and expect our vendors to as well.

With the restriction exemption program, EVERYONE will have to show either proof of vaccination or a negative Covid 19 test within the last 72 hours prior to the event (with the exception of children under 12). Masks are still mandatory and are expected to be worn. 

Prices:

Vendor table - $50/day

Double table - $75/day 

Any Vendor owed from last years vendor season will be be honored, and can wait to see you!!

 

 

Friendly Neighborhood Pop-up Shop Series: 

We are so excited to invite you to our favorite Downtown Edmonton location,  the beautiful Foundry Room at the Oliver Exchange building, on the second floor at 12021 102 Ave. It is a unique building with popular bakery, shops and local a pub, and it is a few blocks from Unity Square (formally known as Oliver Square). Only 20 parking stalls at location, but a lot of public street parking. Elevator is right by the entrance to the venue. 

This Sunday series will run throughout November and December, and we hope to come back in the Spring.

 

At almost twice the size of the Edmonton location, it is located on the entire 4th floor of the Ross Creek Professional Building at 10101 86 ave, Fort Saskatchewan and just as beautiful. Our 2 Day holiday event 

Ample Parking available, and elevator access to the floor. The building has some small shops and services, and they already have a great community support.
