NEW! "The Ones" Tournaments!! Coming in 2023-24

We are trying a new format in which it will be easier for clubs to find and participate in high level one-day tournaments. 

Whats different?

Requirements: Only one team registered from each club. Team should be the top tier team for respective club in their age division. One referee (R1) will be provided per court for more accurate and fair play calling. AAU rosters must be provided two days prior to the day of the tournament. Check-in/Verification required the day of the tournament. Roster check could be initiated after team arrival.

First place in each division will get medals, be listed on our website and receive one free future team entry into any Ballistic Tournaments (any team from that club may use the entry). Reimbursed entries are not an option.

About Ballistic Tournaments:

All of our Tournaments are AAU Sanctioned and this means we require all participating players and coaches to have AAU memberships and an official AAU roster prior to the tournament start.

All Tournaments 13u -18u are Standard One Day Tournament Format with the following exceptions; points are capped at 27 in pool play. All teams regardless of pool size will get 8 total sets minimum on the day. Best of 3 in bracket no cap.

Tournaments 12u is standard format except games are to 21 points win-by-2, capped at 21 in pool play. No cap in bracket. Pool play is 2 sets in pool play(not best of 3), and is best of 3 in bracket play, 3rd set to 15 if necessary. 8 set minimum for all teams.

Our 11u/10u tournaments are 4v4 short-court 20'x20' games are to 21 points win-by-2, capped at 21 in pool play. Cap of 25 in bracket. Pool play is 2 sets (not best of 3), and is best of 3 in bracket play, 3rd set to 15 if necessary. 8 set minimum for all teams.

Our facility has 4 courts and we have bleacher seating for every court. Spectator chairs should not be brought in unless there is a medical need to have one.

Our tournaments usually start at 8am. If there is a change to that, signed up team directors will be notified.

Schedule information is usually sent out at the latest on Tuesday before the tournament date.

Entry payments from directors may be paid online (preferred method), or send check via mail. To send check, make payable to Ballistic Volleyball and mail to: 11631 Woodland Strasse, Eagle MI 48822. If you want to send check, you cannot register online. Please use mjvba registration forms for mail. Spots are not guaranteed until payment is confirmed.

Entry for 12u, $125
Entry for 4v4 11u/10u is $50

If tournaments are cancelled by us or our facility, a full refund will be processed. If a team cancels, entry is not refunded, however a credit may be given for future tournament entries if spots are available.

Medals go to 18u, 16u, 15u, and 14u division gold bracket champions.
