Directors Open Call 21-22
Rorschach is eager to connect with directors interested in bringing their own unique talents to the fulfillment of the company's mission. (Rorschach's Klecksography program, typically our entry point for new-to-us directors, is currently on hiatus. It's a program we feel is best served through in-person engagement.) During the 21-22 Season we'd like to continue growing our database of fascinating and capable people. We have a variety of opportunities throughout the season for readings and small projects. We'll look to this pool of applicants to staff many of those projects. Additionally, with the applicant's permission, we will share application materials with other DC-area theatres who are looking for similar talent.

In-Person vs. Virtual Work
This year is, as we all know, still a little weird. Some of our work will take place in person, other projects will be virtual. Please give us an idea of how you're feeling about in-person projects at the moment. (We know the landscape will continue to change, so just speak for the present moment.)
