Virtual Math Tutoring Registration

This form is to receive private, virtual math tutoring with April.

I am ONLY tutoring the following courses currently:

Pre-Algebra
Algebra I & II
Geometry
Pre-Calculus
College Algebra

*if your course is not on this list, I will be opening booking for more math subjects in the future.

Pricing:
Each session is $55 for 60 mins. If you would like to bring a friend to the session to split the cost, I’m cool with that. Only one (1) extra person allowed and must be in the same subject or one of the subjects listed above.

Please attach screenshots of the work you need help with to this form. I will only respond to the submissions that attach photos of their work.

After you submit the form, I will text you the link to my booking calendar. You can choose a day/time and make payment from the link.

Virtual appointments will take place via Zoom and you will receive a Zoom meeting link via email after payment is completed.
