Please note that this application has several essay questions that will take time to complete. We encourage you to set aside 1.5-3 hours in your calendar to be reflective before you complete the application. You will find all the questions on the application for you to review in the Critical Analysis section.

This section requests information that supports Hispanics in Philanthropy in selecting a diverse cohort of participants.

INTENTION FOR PARTICIPATION

You will have (375 words max) to fill out the 3 questions below. Or you can upload an audio answering to the questions below (5 minutes max). You do not have to do both audio and written, you pick which one works best for you but all questions must be answered.

TUITION FOR PARTICIPATION

We strongly encourage you to apply even if you are not sure if your institution or you can cover the tuition. 

The tuition for the Líderes Fellowship Program is $4,000. In addition to the tuition, participants are responsible for their travel to and from the Opening and Closing Retreats. Full and partial scholarships are available but not guaranteed. 

We recommend you speak with your employeer that you are applying for the fellowship and anticipate a tutition expense. We also offer resources to help support you in making the case upon request. Please visit the FAQ sheet for details. 

CRITICAL ANALYSIS 

In this section, you will choose ONLY one of the resources below related to topics impacting philanthropy.

You will have 500 words max or 4-min audio to respond to both questions A & B.

QUESTION B: Describe the skills and/or characteristics a Líderes Fellow would need to contribute to the changes mentioned in the webinars or the article.
