I agree to maintain a food station & to provide a server at said food station for the aforementioned time period as stated above. I also agree to have the food station & server in place by 11:30 PM & ready to serve during the entire event. All tables, serving pieces, heating elements, food warmers, refrigeration, etc. are the sole responsibility of the food purveyor/vendor. Power is limited and not available to all vendors. I agree that I will conform to all county Health Department regulations as may be required for my participation, including, but not limited to, any forms and/or fees as may be required. I further agree that my failure to submit said forms and/or fees in a timely manner may result in my forfeiture of the reservation fee(s) paid to the festival.
PARTICIPATION COST / PROFIT SHARE: The participation fee is 25% of your revenue or $200.00 (whichever is greater).
The event is open to restaurants and food vendors on a first come first serve basis, so please get your forms turned in as soon as possible. Vendors are asked to prepare portions for service throughout the day. No food item may exceed $8.00 per portion. No merchandise or beverages may be sold.
Contactless Payment - RFID Bracelets: There will be no exchange of monies at the durging the events. Each guest will receive an RFID Bracelet with their admission ticket. There will be RFID Credit Stations located throughout the festival, where guests can load their bracelets with culinary credits. Culinary credit discount package will also be pre-sold on the festival website with ticketing options. Culinary partners will each receive a scanner at their booth, which will be a purchase in real-time for each culinary participant. The festival’s accounting department will immediately pay each culinary partner the following week of the festival.
This is a great opportunity for you to market your dining establishment, food quality, advertise your restaurant, have a great time in the process and showcase the MAristarchus culinary community while raising funds for chairity!
