The subscriber named below agrees not to use any and all data provided in the Equipment Type, Size and Ownership Subscription (hereafter referred to as “Information”) as a means to develop and sell any product or service; copy or reproduce in a database; market, promote, publicly perform, display, publish and distribute in print electronically (whether delivered off- or on-line) and in any other media format, product or service now known or hereafter developed with the Information. The copyright and intellectual property rights for the Information (including any source and object code), together with any related materials or documentation, are and shall remain the property of IANA. The customer can use the Information for its own internal purposes only.
