Every wedding day is unique and I know your wedding will be too. This agreement is put in place to provide you the peace of mind in knowing what your agreement with Creative Sol Photography/June Blooms Photography entails. Please be sure to read carefully, keep a copy for yourself, and provide us with a signed and submitted contract for our records. If this agreement does not fit your needs please contact us and you will receive our full attention and consideration as we work to adapt it to your unique day.

Summary: The Client agrees that he/she is responsible for all parties involved with the agreed upon photo session. If there is an individual involved in the photo session who does not agree to the terms of this agreement the Client assumes responsibility for any liability. The Photographer is responsible for providing the Client a photographic service as detailed in this Agreement. The Client seeks to engage the Photographer for photographic services at the price identified below.

Services: Services will be provided by the Photographer as follows:

Wedding Package:*

Bronze Package Photography ONLY ($2,200) -- Photography only with two photographers. Smallest of our wedding packages, but still offers alot. This package is ideal for small ceremonies with small reception of between 30-50 guest. Up to 4 hours shooting time. 25 miles of travel included. Approximately 200+ photos including portraits and documentary of the day. Portrait images retouched. Password protected online gallery available for sharing for three months. Sneak Peek images will be featured on Creative Sol Photograpghy and June Blooms Photography Facebook page within 72 hours following the wedding. Photo Release.Silver Package Photography ONLY ($3,100) -- Photography only with two photographers. This pacakge is ideal for shorter weddings days while still capturing every important moment. 6 hours of photography. 25 miles of travel included. Approximately 300+ photos including portraits and documentary of the day. Portrait images retouched. Password protected online gallery for sharing available for three months. Sneak peeks will be featured on Creative Sol Photgraphy and June Blooms Photography Facebook page within 72 hours following the wedding. Custom designed "sweet" woodland wedding album and a 11x14 canvas.Gold Package Photography ONLY ($3,700) -- The greatest of the packages and ideal for bigger weddings. The bang for your buck package. Full coverage includes 8 hours of photography with two photographers to enhance the day's coverage. 25 miles of travel included. Engagement session at location of clients' choice in Pueblo, Co or Fountain, Co [Engagement session includes 40 minutes shooting time, 10 hand edited images downloaded from a password protected, online gallery.] Approximately 400+ photos including portraits and documentary of the day. Portrait images retouched. Online gallery for sharing available for three months. High resolution edited images on a USB flash drive. Custom designed "whimsical" or "Legend" woodland wedding album and a 16x20 canvas.Sneak peek images will be featured on Creative Sol Photography and June Blooms Photography Facebook page within 72 hours following the wedding.Silver Package Photography WITH Videographer ($4,700) -- Photography with two photographers and One videographer. This pacakge is ideal for shorter weddings days while still capturing every important moment. 6 hours of photography and 4 hours of video. 25 miles of travel included. Approximately 300+ photos including portraits and documentary of the day. Portrait images retouched. Password protected online gallery for sharing available for three months. Sneak peeks will be featured on Creative Sol Photgraphy and June Blooms Photography Facebook page within 72 hours following the wedding. AGREEMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS Session Fees/Retainer: A retainer of $100 & signed contract are required to reserve your wedding date and is non refundable. However, the above stated retainer will be applied to the total cost of your wedding package. The non refundable retainer is a fee that retains the photographer’s services for your scheduled session date that the photographer has turned down other work for. The wedding package total is due ONE WEEK before wedding date. Payments can be split up leading up to the wedding in a payment plan that is agreed upon between the client and Creative Sol Photography, LLC. No photography will be fulfilled without payment in full 7 days before the wedding date stated in this contract. In the event the client(s) fails to remit payment as specified, Creative Sol Photography/June Blooms Photography has the right to immediately terminate this agreement with no further obligations, retain any money already paid, and not attend the wedding. Returned checks will be assessed a $100 non-sufficient funds fee.

Change of Date or Venue: Creative Sol Photography must be notified immediately of any changes in schedule or location, at least one week prior to scheduled date of event. Notification of any changes can be made by written notice sent via email for documentation. If an email is sent, a confirmation of receipt must be in writing. It is the client's responsibility to confirm all arrangements at least 7-10 days prior to the event. In the event of change of address or contact information as listed, the client must notify Creative Sol Photography, LLC. If the wedding is rescheduled, postponed, or cancelled, or if there is a breach of contract by the client(s), and if Creative Sol Photography/June Blooms Photography, in execising due diligence is unable to recoup the loss value, the retainer fee is non-refundable and will be liquidated damages to Creative Sol Photography/June Bloom Photography.

Exclusive Photographer: Creative Sol Photography, LLC and June Blooms Photograpghy shall be the exclusive photographer(s) retained by the client for the purpose of photographing the wedding. Family and friends of the clients and other wedding vendors SHALL NOT interfere with the photographer's duties. Guests will be asked to refrain from taking flash photographs at certain intervals of wedding services to ensure proper exposure of images.

Copyright Information: The photographs produced by Creative Sol Photography, LLC and June Blooms Photograpghy are protected by Federal Copyright Laws (USC Title 17) Client(s) cannot and will not edit, add any filter, crop, reproduce or alter the images Creative Sol Photography or June Blooms Photography provides in any way, as it breaches Federal Copyright Laws.

Cancellation or Postponement Policy: There shall be NO refund of retainer after 48 hours from the signing of agreement due to the reservation of the photography date. If the event is cancelled within 7 days of the wedding date, the client shall pay the balance of the contract due to the high probability Creative Sol Photography and June Blooms Photography will not be able to further book that date. Once a balance is paid, it is NON-REFUNDABLE. Any other arrangements shall be discussed between the client and Creative Sol Photography, LLC and June Blooms Photography. All arrangements will be put in writing. Cancelleation must be in writing even if a phone call was made to inform Creative Sol Photography, LLC and June Blooms Photograpghy of the cancellation.

Creative License and Delivery: Images are edited at the photographer's (Creative Sol Photography, LLC and June Blooms Photography) discretion, and delivered images may not include all images shot. The photographers (Creative Sol Photography, LLC and June Blooms Photograpghy) reserves the creative right to edit and release only those deemed creditable as professional quality and within the photographer's artistic standards. All images released are high resolution JPEG. RAW files are not released. Creative Sol Photography and June Bloom Photography will deliver approximately 50 edited, full resolution JPEG files per hour of shooting. The JPEG files will be delivered as quickly as possible and within 12 weeks after the wedding date.

Flash Drive Storage: Due to the lack of information about how long flash drives can hold information, Creative Sol Photography, LLC recommends clients back up images on another media format other than flash drives, such as an external hard drive. Creative Sol Photography, LLC also recommends making multiple copies of the images from the flash drive to insure the images for years to come. Creative Sol Photography, LLC and June Blooms Photograpghy cannot be held responsible for the failure of the flash drives due to mishandling. It is the client's responsibility to keep several copies of any flash drive in more than one locaiton and back the images up on another format such as a hard drive.

Responsibilities or Failure to Perform: Due to the limited and subjective nature of the event, Creative Sol Photography, LLC/June Bloom Photography cannot be held responsible for photographs not taken or missed, due to causes beyond its controlincluding, but not limited to, lack of coverage resulting from weather conditions, or schedule complications cause by, but not limited to, anyone in or at the event, or by the church or location restrictions, incorrect address given to Creative Sol Photography LLC. The photographer is not responsible for the lost photo opportunities due to other cameras or flashes, the lateness of the bride, groom, or other principles, rules and restrictions of venue, or the rendering of decorations of the location. It is acknowledged that any lists submitted to Creative Sol Photography, LLC/ June Blooms Photography will be used for organizational purposes and in no way represents photography that will be produced. Creative Sol Photography LLC/ June Blooms Photography will do its best to fulfill all requests but can make no guarantees all images will be delivered. Creative Sol Photography LLC/June Blooms Photography is not responsible for background or lighting conditions which impact or restrict the photo coverage. Creative Sol Photography/June Blooms Photography is not responsible for missed coverage of any part of the wedding. Creative Sol Photography,LLC/June Blooms Photography will not be held accountable for failure to deliver images of any individuals or any objects at the wedding. Clients are responsible for all locations fees and permits for all locations on which Creative Sol Photography, LLC/June Blooms Photography will be performing services. When applicable, the client is responsible for all fees and cost related to the location choosen. Example would be for State/National Park entrance fees and destination weddings.

Lodging: The client(s) is responsible for the lodging of Creative Sol Photography,LLC/June Blooms Photography representatives the day before or after if the client(s) schedule requires photographers to leave from studio location prior to 7:00 a.m. or arrive back after 1:00 a.m.

Force Majeure: If Creative Sol Photography, LLC/ June Blooms Photography or its assigns cannot perform this agreement due to a fire, casualty, strike or other civil disturbances, Acts of God, including but not limited to road closures, severe traffic, fire, terrorism, other causes beyond the control of the parties, or due to the photographer's illness, then Creative Sol Photography/June Blooms Photography shall return any monies paid by the client, less expenses, but shall have no further liability with respect to the agreement. This limitation of liability shall also apply in the even that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, compact flash card malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without the fault on the part of Creative Sol Photography/June Blooms Photography.

Photographer Substitution: In the extremely unlikely event of severe personal illness or other extreme acts of nature beyond the control of Creative Sol Photography,LLC/June Blooms Photography which precludes the photographer from performing the duties of coverage Creative Sol Photography/ June Blooms Photography will attempt to arrange for a substitute photographer of high qualification, per client approval of said photographer. The client and Creative Sol Photography, LLC/June Blooms Photography both assum the risks and dangers of the photographer's travel and if the extremely unlikely event a last-minute Act of Nature or travel disaster occurs while Creative Sol Photography LLC/June Blooms Photography is en route to the event, the photographer will refund the client all monies paid, less the retainer.

Second Photographer: Creative Sol Photography, LLC will hire a second photographer, if applicable to client's chosen package and enhancements (which it does) and the photographer will be Creative Sol Photography, LLC's choosing. Which is June Blooms Photography.

Event Food Service and Breaks: Creative Sol Photography/June Blooms Photography representatives are entitled to a 15 minute break every 4 hours and bathroom breaks as needed. Each representative must be provided with a meal on site or reserves the right to go offsite for 45 minutes.

Printing of The Images: The photographer is not responsible for any prints that are not ordered directly through Creative Sol Photography, LLC/June Blooms Photography.

Model Release: This contract serves as a model release, giving Creative Sol Photography, LLC/June Blooms Photography the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use the photographs of client(s) or in which the client(s) and their guests may be included, in all forms and in all media and in all manners for editorial, advertising, trade, promotion, exhibition, or any other lawful purposes; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same without restriction. Creative Sol Photography,LLC/June Blooms Photography can grant the use of the images to third parties and all compensation for use and credit for the images remain the property of Creative Sol Photography/June Blooms Photography. The client waives any right to inspect or approve the photograph(s), finished version(s) incorporating the photo(s) or the use to which it may be applied, included written copy that may be created and appear in connection therewith.

Delivery of Products: Client will receive their final high resolution, hand edited JPEG images via an online gallery as soon as possible but no later than 12 weeks following the wedding date. This does not include any requests by client for further edits or enhancements.

Entire Agreement: This agreement contains the entire understanding between Creative Sol Photography, LLC/June Blooms Photography and Client. It supersedes all prior agreements between parties. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing, signed by all parties. If the parties want to waive one provision of this agreement, it does not mean that any other provision is also waived. This constitutes an order for one portrait session with Creative Sol Photography, LLC/June Blooms Photography.

The undersigned have read and understood the contract and agree to the terms and conditions in their entirety. Only the bride and groom (or signers of this document) can discuss any problems that arise. We kindly ask you get in touch with us two weeks prior to the date of your event to touch base and go over last minute details. We will make every effort to contact you, but it is the client's responsibility to contact Creative Sol Photography, LLC to confirm wedding details and times. Creative Sol Photography, LLC/June Blooms Photography retains the copyright to all images produced by Creative Sol Photography, LLC/June Blooms Photography and/or subcontractors. If purchasing Hi-Resolution images on a flash drive, clients will be given a written print release to make personal copies of images on the flash drive. The client understands the images given on flash drives cannot be used for profit or advertising and all posting of images on the internet are encouraged to be credited images to Creative Sol Photography and June Blooms Photography.
