    How to apply:

    1. Download the Contract & Read through it thoroughly. Available on our website: www.spoiltevents.co.za

    2. Complete this Online Vendor Application form.

    3. Once your application was approved (Approval takes place within 2 weeks), please proceed with payment within 3 days after you receive confirmation via email.

    4. Send POP to bookings@spoiltevents.co.za

    Each Vendor must supply their own tables, chairs, decor, dividers, rails & extensions.

    Please note we aim to make the event unique and creative together with all our vendors. Please feel free to contact us should you have any ideas or need any assistance with your stand setup/decor.

    View the floor plan carefully before selecting your preferred area. Layout may change slightly. NOTE : Stands marked in BLACK are already booked. Layout will be updated every 48hours.

    This applies to all vendors. The Logo will be place on our website and product images and write up will be used to create a Facebook Advert for each vendor. No bad quality images will be used.

  • Sponsorship for Hamper Competitions

    All sponsors will get mention in the online competitions. Competitions is a good way to attract our visitors. Please complete this section if you would like to sponsor a prize for our Spoilt competitions. ALL SPONSORED PRIZES/VOUCHERS MUST PLEASE BE HANDED IN AT THE ENTRANCE WHEN YOU REGISTER ON SETUP-DAY

  • SPOILT Rules as stated in Contract:

    We would like to host an event that is of high standard to all Vendors and Visitors, we ask that you please make sure you adhere to these important rules.

  • PLEASE NOTE OUR BANKING DETAILS FOR SPOILT LADIES FEST HAS CHANGED

    Please proceed with payment within 3 days after you've receive a confirmation email that you are approved. New banking details will be on the confirmation email.
