    If you have news, announcements, promotions, or other updates (that aren’t event listings) you’d like us to feature in our newsletter or on our social channels, we’d love to hear about it!

    Please submit your content by 2:00 PM on Wednesday to be considered for inclusion in that week’s newsletter.

    Because we receive a high volume of submissions, Destination Downtown Lancaster reserves the right to determine when and how content is featured. Our team considers several factors when making these decisions, including time sensitivity, content variety, newsletter length, and overall marketing strategy for the week.

    For social media, we typically aim to schedule member submissions within 5–7 days of receiving them, if space allows. However, placement may vary depending on the broader content calendar and our goal of ensuring balanced visibility for all of our downtown businesses.
