Method of exercise - Ben prefers to focuses on Kettlebell and Bodyweight programs (mainly through his SOS video workouts) ?
Kettlebells and Bodyweight workouts sound good to me
Never used Kettlebells but I'm open to trying / learning
I would prefer a gym based plan / weights program
I'm all about honesty, so lets start there. As with anything we truly desire in life there is an initial investment from both parties whether it be time, money, resources etc I hate all the sales call BS that most coaches try to get you on to 'sell' to you (then pressure you to buy). It's not my style & I never want to make anyone feel uncomfortable. That said let's see where you are at in terms of the help you actually need right now.
