    Proof of Address and Purpose of Business

    The UK government requires us to obtain Anti-Money Laundering information regarding identity and business.

    Until we receive this information, we cannot proceed with your order.

    The good news is this is a simple process that should only take you a matter of minutes to complete.

  • Please provide a detailed description of what your company’s day-to-day activities will involve. Please ensure your response is:

    1) In your own words (not using SIC codes)
    2) A minimum of 50 characters. (Short, ambiguous responses will not be accepted and may delay your company incorporation and/or address services provision.)

    Tips:
    If you are an E-commerce/Dropshipping company, please detail the nature of products you will be selling and in which jurisdictions.
    If you are providing consultancy services, please detail in which industry you will be providing these.

    Acceptable documents for proof of address include:

    •  Bank statement
    •  Gas, Water, Electricity Bill
    • Mortgage statement
    • Landline Telephone Bill
    •  TV licence

    Please DO NOT Send:

    •  Photo ID (ID Card / Driving Licence, etc)
    •  Tenancy Agreements
    •  Mobile phone bills

    Your proof of address document must:

    •  be addressed directly to the individual, not to a business
    •  clearly state the individual’s full home residential address
    •  be clearly dated within the last 3 months
    • be written in a language using the Latin alphabet, or accompanied by a sworn English translation

    ‎Documents must meet all the requirements above or your company formation will be delayed.
