      Dear ______________:

I am both honored and pleased to serve as a Table Host for the 26th Annual Governor's Luncheon for Scouting, the nation’s largest community-based fundraising event for the Boy Scouts of America. The luncheon takes place this year on Thursday, December 16, 2021, at Lucas Oil Stadium in downtown Indianapolis. Would you consider joining me?

Gathering is at 11:30 a.m. The program runs from Noon-1 p.m. Should you be able to join me, please arrive early -- between 11:15-11:45 a.m. In prior years, the Governor's Luncheon enjoyed a large attendance of more than 2,000 business leaders, state and local dignitaries, and Scouting supporters. Over $1,000,000 is raised for Scouts of the Crossroads of America Council annually at this event.

The Governor's Luncheon for Scouting serves as the launch point for Scouting's 2022 Friends of Scouting campaign, which builds capacity for Scout programs and outreach initiatives that impact more than 35,000 young people in Central Indiana. Governor Eric Holcomb will provide the keynote. Another exciting and fast paced, high energy program has been planned by this year’s Co-Chairs, Deana Haworth, Mark Miles and Steve Campbell, to feature extraordinary Scouts and volunteers from the Crossroads of America Council.

You will be given the opportunity during the luncheon to pledge your support for Scouting in central Indiana. Donations may be made through corporate pledges and/or individual pledges, payable anytime in 2022. Should you be unable to attend but would like to support Scouting in central Indiana, you may do so online.

Please RSVP to me by November 19. I look forward to hosting you at the Governor's Luncheon and promise you an impressive and inspirational event for Scouting in Indiana.

      Very truly yours,
