Exclusivity is a MUST with Rebel 13 Magazine. *Read the following...

1) I do hereby swear that this submission is original in every format, and has not been submitted or previously printed elsewhere.

2) I agree to not resubmit these photos (if accepted) to any other magazine for the term of 6 months after I have submitted to Rebel 13 Magazine and The Magazine Issue has been released. (This includes one set to multiple sets)

3) I will Not resubmit photos that have already been published in another magazine in the past and present said submission as new material.

4) I will not submit others material and claim it as my own work.

5) If any of the above terms are breached, it will be an automatic termination of working agreement and relationship for the period of no less than 1 calendar year.

MODEL RELEASE FORM I hereby give permission to Rebel 13 Kustom Kulture & Retro Magazine (Print & Website) to use my name and photographic likeness in all forms and media for advertising in regards to Rebel 13 Kustom Kulture& Retro Magazine, and any other lawful purposes, with only the Specific images submitted to Rebel 13 Kustom Kulture & Retro Magazine for the above mentioned and publishing.*
