IMPORTANT* (READ BEFORE ORDERING)

1. Ordering Lead Time

Please book your slot 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure that we're available.

We are unable to fulfill orders for same day/next day delivery/pickup. For last minute requests, you can drop us a message on Whatsapp at least 4 days prior to check if we are still available.

2. Payment

Once you have submitted your order via jotform, we will contact you via Whatsapp within 24hrs to confirm your order and arrange for payment and delivery/self collection. Please note that orders are only confirmed when your payment has been received by us.

Slots are on a first come first served basis based on the timing when payment has been made. In the event that no slots are available, we will also follow up via Whatsapp to update you.

We currently accept only Paynow/Paylah.

3. Delivery and Self-Collection

Self collection is at S523951 (951C Tampines St 96) between 1-2pm, 5-6pm, 6-7 and 7-8 pm.

Delivery is available at 16SGD/location, with an additional surcharge to Sentosa. Delivery is currently only available between 2-6pm. Our third party couriers are unable to deliver at specific timings.

Please ensure that the recipient is around during delivery and remain contactable during the delivery timeslot. Our courier will wait up to 10minutes. Subsequent redelivery charges would be 25SGD/location.

4. Order Cancellations & Amendments

Order cancellations are not allowed once payment has been made and no refund will be given. Order amendments can be made but are subject to availability. All requests for order amendments are to be made with a minimum of 1 week notice in advance.
