Hotel Information: Deadline date to make reservations is May 5, 2022. Meetings are being held at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Crystal City National Airport, 1393 South Eads Street, Arlington, VA 22202. A block of rooms has been acquired for the dates of June 5-7. Rates are $199 per night for a double bed suite or $189 for a king bed suite, plus VA sales tax (currently 6%, hotel occupancy tax 8.25%). Credit card information is needed with your reservation. Reservation requests received after the deadline, will be subject to availability and prevailing rate. Check in time is 4PM and check out time is 11AM. Rooms include complimentary wireless internet, breakfast and cocktail time. Parking for participants is $25.00 + tax per day. There is a complimentary airport shuttle to and from Reagan National Airport.
Cancellations: Hotel policy is 72 hours prior to date of arrival to avoid one night's room plus tax and cancellation charge to your credit card. Be sure to retain the cancellation number.
