Book writing coaching sessions - Terms and conditions
Payment upfront. Must be received at least 48 hours before session, otherwise session will automatically be cancelled or rescheduled.
Payment is in AUD and GST will be added.
You will be contacted after payment to secure a suitable time. Held via Zoom.
Cost is per person.
There are no refunds after any of these sessions have been completed.
Any materials, resources, or content provided by the Coach during coaching sessions are for the Client’s personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without the Coach’s written consent.
The Coach retains all rights to their intellectual property, including coaching materials, resources, and strategies.
The Client must provide at least 48 hours notice for any session cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to provide adequate notice for cancellations or rescheduling may result in the session being considered as conducted, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided. In case of missed or rescheduled coaching sessions, the Client may be subject to a rescheduling fee, as determined by the Coach.
Both the Coach and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during coaching sessions. Confidential information includes but is not limited to business strategies, financial information, and personal experiences.
The Coach will not disclose the Client’s information to third parties without the Client’s explicit consent, except as required by law.
The Coach shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of the services or any materials provided.
The Client acknowledges that the success of implementing coaching strategies depends on various factors, and the Coach does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
· Approving and agreeing to these terms and conditions or paying the upfront coaching fee stands in place of a client/provider contract.
· Follow up sessions or correspondence can be provided but these attract an additional fee.
· I do not condone, encourage or knowingly take part in plagiarism or any other acts of, breach of copyright, fraud or questionably unethical behaviour in regards to your writing work or services provided. By providing material as resources, you confirm that you hold the copyright to the material (unless you explicitly tell my it’s from a third party).
· Whilst every effort is made to provide you with correct advice, I exclude myself from any responsibility or indemnity that my advice may cause. This service is offered as an opinion only and the end responsibility lies with you, the client and I exclude myself from any responsibility or indemnity that my advice may cause. · I reserve the right to terminate the working relationship at any time at my discretion and you will be charged only for the work completed.
· Although I am very confident that my services will benefit you, I do not provide a guarantee of increased sales or revenue or increase in search results or any other results.
· The above quotes are for my time and knowledge only. Any additional costs required by a third party (for example, domain hosting, graphic design, image sourcing, advertising printing costs etc) will be covered completely by the client.
· Whilst your best interests are at heart and I want to see your business thrive as much as you do, I cannot be held responsible or liable for any inadvertent damages caused through social media, writing, copywriting and marketing activities or actions undertaken by the client upon my advice.
