Travel: All travel and transport costs from your location to Cairns and return from Cairns must be booked and paid for by the performers and presenters. Arrangements between Cairns and the festival site will be undertaken once performers and presenters have made the above bookings and only available ONCE to the festival on Friday early AM, returning on Monday AM to Cairns. Outside of those times, must be paid for by performers and presenters. Travel alternatives, hire car (many companies in Cairns), 2 bus companies do daily bus runs, 7am departure Cairns, and flights to Cooktown Airport.

Accommodation: Camping in the Performer Village is provided for performers and presenters only. If you wish friends to camp with you you need to camp in the general camping areas.

Ticketing: Please note that festival entry tickets will be issued to the artistic performers and presenters ONLY. It is not feasible for WCF to issue tickets to spouses, managers and entourage.
