To all K Street Group Employees,
As a reminder we are requiring all employees be vaccinated by November 1, 2021 and provide proof of vaccination. In addition, we understand the need for both medical and religious exemptions and therefore have revised our corporate vaccine mandate as follows.
For those that are fully vaccinated or in the process of completing the regiment of getting their vaccine, we thank you, and our customers thank you. For those that wish to claim a medical or religious exemption you will need to follow the guidelines below.
Routine Testing: K Street Group will require all non-vaccinated employees to be routinely screened with a rapid test, at least weekly. Repeated negative tests provide a high degree of certainty that the individual is not infectious. You can contact your local health department as to where you can obtain the test, which is provided at no cost. Note: a private, secure mailbox will be created and provided to you so your results will remain confidential.
Support Workers: K Street Group employees will provide paid time off for vaccinations and recovery from possible side effects.
Mask Use: K Street Group will require all non-vaccinated employees to wear masks when working an indoor post or in areas with substantial or high transmission.
Should a non-vaccinated K Street Group employee that has not followed the guidelines above, contract COVID, they will be required to self-quarantine for a 10-day period and produce a negative PCR test result with a medical clearance letter from their family physician.
