Please review the session guidelines:
- MARPA will schedule each 1:1 meeting between participating air carriers and corresponding suppliers, and will provide each with their list in advance of the event
- 1:1 Meetings are scheduled based upon your commitment at sign-up, so you are asked to participate for the duration of the session and attend each scheduled 1:1 meeting
- Please contact MARPA should you need to name an alternate participant to take your place if you are no longer able to attend the event
- Any participant whose company is not a qualified Air Carrier will be considered a supplier for this session
- Submissions from parties who are not registered for the Conference will be contacted and asked to register, but will be disqualified if unregistered by the session sign-up cut off date
- Subsidiary companies that do not pay individual dues as a MARPA member company are not considered as individual companies for this purpose
No more than two (2) supplier company representatives per table may attend a meeting
- Air carriers with more than two (2) representatives per carrier must reserve multiple tables
- Non-participating delegates are not permitted in the session space during the meeting session
- Air Carriers remain seated at designated tables, and supplier participants will go to the appropriate table at the time of their pre-scheduled meeting
Each meeting will be the same set duration in length, with a brief set duration break between meetings*
- At the end of each meeting, a MARPA representative will sound a chime that indicates the end of the meeting
- Supplier participants must vacate the table when their time has concluded
A brief break will be provided for participants during the session
- Intentional loitering in the meeting room will not be tolerated during the session
- Please notify a MARPA staff member if assistance is required
*Roundtable meeting duration is subject to change based upon participant ratio
