  • Steps for Request of Withdrawal

    1. Apply to JMC Portal via jmc.edu.ph/jmc-portal then tap on Withdrawal Request
    2. Select the corresponding link for the course program.
    3. Download the withdrawal form and fill it out.
    4. Upload the accomplished withdrawal form.
    5. Wait for the confirmation from the Dean/Principal that the Withdrawal has been approved.
    6. Wait for the schedule for an Exit Interview with the Guidance Counsellor.
    7. Wait for confirmation from the Accounting Office.
    8. Wait for confirmation from the Registrar that the transaction has been completed.
