  • Table options

    We have three grazing table options to choose from, they are all full of local sourced produce and created to make your guests have an extra special time at your next event!
     
    Our sizes are as follows:
    • 40cm platter (8 guests)
    • 1 metre (10 - 20 guests)
      • No fuss option - straight onto your table
      • With boards set up - we provide all boards, knives, flowers etc for the set up
    • 1.5 metre (30 - 40 guests)
    • 2 metre (50 - 60 guests)
    • 3 metre (100 people) 
    Vegan/GF and other dietary requirements will be quoted once we know your party numbers to cater for.
     
    Amounts above on the lower end would be more for a full meal and the higher number of people would be for nibbles if you are having other food available. Please ask for a photo of what each table looks like if you are unsure how large of table you require for your event.
     
    Dessert options can be added at an extra cost, either small or large. If you only want individual dessert options (eg cake, cupcakes, cookies) we will quote those separatley please note what you're after at the bottom of the form. For smaller platters you choose one of our dessert grazing boxes which we can add to your platter as well.
     
    We can make them more custom to include items you know your guests would like. This could come at an extra cost but we will work on this with you before confirming the cost.
     
    A small delivery fee will be added once your venue/location is known.

        Dinner Party add on Product Image
        Dinner Party add onWe can offer a dinner party set up including tableware, cutlery, glassware for your guests. $15pp for this option to be included (photo only for show of tableware available). A full picnic set up can be done for $30pp - please book via our picnic form.

      • Payment & Cancellation terms:

        • 10% deposit due within seven days of receiving invoice to secure your booking. Remainder of funds due within 14 days of the event date.
           
        • We require 14 days’ notice for cancelling or rescheduling a grazing table or platter. A refund will be provided if you cancel before the 14 days.  If you cancel between 7-14 days, you will get a 50% refund, any time after this we can offer you a credit or rescheduled but cannot offer full refund. 
           
        • We order our products 7 days in advance from our local suppliers, they have a non -refundable cancellation policy.
           
        • If platters or grazing tables are set up at your residence, we ask that these be wiped clean and dried before we pick them up. We will collect our equipment within four days of the event. Any damage or lost items will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for fixing or replacement depending on the type of damage.
