By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that said horse is a rescue and therefore there is no guarantee on health condition or soundness level. I am willing to take on the responsibility of all care and wellbeing for the horse if my application is accepted. I understand that there is an adoption fee associated with this horse and it is to help ensure a good quality home. The adoption fees vary depending on the horse. Adoption fees are due once your application has been approved and prior to any transportation. By singing this agreement I am attesting to the fact that all information given is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
