  • High-Risk Deficiencies: Survival Crafts

    • Lifeboat engine failed to start in three consecutive starts.
    • Lifeboat On-Load Release Hooks not correctly set/reset. Lifeboat not lowered/maneuvered as per SOLAS.
    • Crew not “fully” aware of the launching /recovery operations of the lifeboat.
    • Hydrostatic interlock not correctly re-set or mechanism not understood by the crew.
