REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBLETTING A COOPERATIVE UNIT AT 533-535-537 CLINTON ST (BROOKLYN)
The below submittal must be completed and all required information and documentation included prior to submittal. This form can be submitted by prospective renter, owner, broker or representative. There is no fee associated with submitting this form.
Additionally, each lease applicant listed on the lease must complete the Kaito Authorization for Background Check and Payment form.
Once submitted, Kaito will process application and will present a completed package to the Board of the 533-535-537 Clinton Street Cooperative for approval. Applicants are not permitted to move into the unit until they have received Board approval and until they have scheduled their move-in with building Management.
Please make certain to redact all but the last four digits of your account numbers and social security numbers on any submitted documents.
Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing.
