This is the form for confirming moving time with management and for submitting moving company insurance. The moving fee schedule for the cooperative is as follows:
- $500 move-in/move-out deposit (fully refundable if no damage)
- All deposits payable via BoardPackager or Owner account
Other Moving Rules
- Moves in and out require coordination with a Board member for a walk-thru before and after the move takes place.
- Indoor and outdoor Common Areas must be left in good condition after moves, and the cost of repairs to the Common Areas is the responsibility of the Shareholder.
- Moves shall be permitted between the hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, seven days a week, subject to Board approval
- If Shareholder fails to notify or provide deposit for a move in or out of the Building, it will result in a $500.00 fine.
If using a professional mover, user must also submit a certificate of insurance from your moving company. Please provide moving company with the following Insurance Requirements & Endorsements for the Condominium. Moving company must also submit fully signed Indemnification Agreement.
Once submitted, Kaito will process and notify you of moving approval for the requested date. Kaito must have a minimum of 48 business hours notice of a move.
Failure to follow moving procedures may result in penalites and additional fees, as ounlined in the by-laws and house rules. Move-out deposit is paid at move-out.
