  • 2021 UCS Bowling

SOVT has come up with a variety of competition options and is open to hearing other ideas on how to structure the 2021 UCS Bowling Tournament. The options we have to offer are:

    1. Schools will train on their own as normal. During the training season, schools will collect score averages and submit Qualifying Scores. At the last practice of the season, schools will collect Final Scores and submit them to the SOVT Office in order for us to create divisions and awards at the statewide level (a virtual statewide tournament). There would not be a culmination of schools statewide getting together in person. There could be individual school celebrations locally to present the awards.
    2. Schools may invite nearby schools to compete during their regularly scheduled practices, in school vs. school scrimmages. The competition would be between those two schools on that day. Schools can play as many scrimmages as they'd like. There would not be brackets or a tournament, but it would provide meaningful interaction and competition between schools. The season does not culminate with a statewide in-person tournament.
  • SOVT is planning to offer Unified Snowshoeing (January - March) in the new year and is hopeful to be able to offer 3v3 Unified Basketball (March - May). We also plan to offer Unified Bocce in the spring (April - May). Of the questions below, please select the option your school would prefer most.
