A City representative will provide you with the appropriate application for your event within five business days of your submission being received. Once the interest form is received, individual event applications must still be submitted and approved within the appropriate time frames.
Due to the nature of park operations,
Summit Park-specific applications must be submitted by September 30 of the previous year
The City of Blue Ash rental facilities are available for booking starting on November 1 of the previous year. After that date, the availability of certain facilities can become very limited.
