This Core Law course meets the 3 hour core law requirement required by the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) and covers chapters 1, 2 and 3 of the “Continuing Education for Florida Real Estate Professionals” book.

There is no test required to complete this course and your 3 hours of core law credit will be sent electronically to DBPR for you.
