Once this form is submitted, they will be replied to in the order they were received. Please be patient as it may take several days to get a response. You will be emailed with an appointment date offering according to the availability indicated above.
Please be aware you will need to send a deposit (of $210 CAD) to confirm your booking WITHIN 48hrs of receiving your appointment offering. Deposits are made via e-transfer (or paypal if you are from the US).
This deposit is non-refundable, confirms your place in the calendar, and will be deducted off the final price of the tattoo once the session is complete. Deposit instructions will be included in the appointment offering email.
Cancellation/rescheduling policy: once booked, I require a minimum of 48hrs notice to reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within the 48 hr window it will result in the loss of the deposit and will require a new deposit to rebook. With ample notice, deposits may be transferred to another date.
All appointments will take place at The Meaning Maker's Home Studio in Nanaimo BC. As this is a home studio setting the address will not be provided until you receive your REMINDER EMAIL 1-5 days prior to your booked session (They are usually sent out on the MONDAY of each week). Within this reminder email you will also be provided a link to the tattoo consent and waver forms which must be completed before you arrive.
