Priorities of the Christian Life

1.  Priority # 1: Every believer should make the      of God a lifetime priority, to make disciples of Christ. (Love for others)

• While life should be enjoyed along the way, we must not be      from our lifetime mission of making disciples. (1 Cor 3:10-15)
• At the end of our lives, what will matter most is whether or not we made      a priority and had an impact in their lives with the Gospel.

1)    Speaking the      to the lost.

2)    Encouraging      disciples.

3)    Discipling      believers with the Word & prayer.

 
2.  Priority # 2: Every believer should make the      of God a continual priority, desiring to know and obey God’s will. (Love for God)

• Every believer is      by the Holy Spirit to know the will of God. (Rom 8:14, Gal 5:18)
• Unlike the early Church in which the Holy Spirit led primarily through the Apostles & prophets, the Church today is led by the Holy Spirit primarily through      and Pastors who faithfully teach the Scripture.
• We must      God’s will for our lives even when it may cost us our lives.
