The Oklahoma Flute Society currently accepts proposals for presentations and workshops for the 2027 Flute Fair. We welcome age-specific workshops and lectures aimed for beginning middle school students, intermediate high school students, and advanced college students and adults. Interactive sessions are preferred. Performance proposals are not permitted at this time.
Presentations may be 50, 25, or 10 minutes in duration (10 minutes for a Lightning Talk). Please submit the application form below. Accepted presenters will be notified by email by Sunday, December 13, 2026. Presenters agree to appear at the Oklahoma Flute Society Flute Fair at their own expense. The deadline for submitting your proposal is Friday, November 6, 2026. All individuals who have been selected must be members of the Oklahoma Flute Society when confirming participation.
