Check in and Check out are by reservation only Monday-Saturday.

Please coordinate with us for when you expect to dropoff and pickup your pet.

We are CLOSED on Sundays and most major holidays for pickups and dropoffs.

Pickups and dropoffs before 8am or after 6pm will result in an additional overnight charge.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE A MINIMUM OF 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE BEGINNING OF THE STAY OR THE FOLLOWING FEES WILL BE APPLIED:

$50 WILL BE CHARGED FOR EACH KENNEL CANCELLED ON A RESERVATION
OR
IF THE RESERVATION IS OVER 7 NIGHTS THERE WILL BE A CHARGE OF 50% OF THE TOTAL OR REMAINING STAY
