Check-ins and check-outs are by reservation and appointment ONLY Monday–Saturday.

Please coordinate with us regarding your expected drop-off and pickup times.

We allow a 15-minute grace period for arrivals. After 15 minutes without communication or an updated ETA, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Same-day rescheduling is not guaranteed.

Repeated late arrivals or missed appointment times may incur a late fee.

We are CLOSED on Sundays and most major holidays for pickups and drop-offs.

Pickups or drop-offs before 8:00 AM or after 6:00 PM will result in an additional overnight charge.
Cancellation Policy
A $50 cancellation fee will be charged per kennel for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the start of the stay.
