Submission Deadlines

Poster file: due Sunday, November 7

Presentation slides and poster short slides: 2 days before the day of the presentation.

Oral presentations: due Saturday, November 13
Poster presentations: due Wednesday, November 14

For poster presentations, you can first submit your poster file and later submit the short set of poster presentation slides by updating your submission entry using the Edit Link in your submission confirmation email. You are welcome to submit both together if you have the slides ready when submitting your poster file.

Poster should be 48 in. wide by 36 in. tall (4'x3') in slide size.

Make sure that you have included your presentation ID (e.g., “O.01”) clearly visible at either the top left or top right corner of your poster.

Name your file using the presentation ID, last name, and first name (example: “P.10.Smith.Joe Poster”)

Please make sure that you have included your presentation ID (e.g., “O.01”) clearly visible at the top of each slide, either on the top left or top right corner consistently.

Name the PowerPoint presentation file using your presentation ID, last name, and first name (example: “O.10.Smith.Joe”)

For poster presentations: add "Slides" to the file name (example: "P.10.Smith.Joe Slides")
