This application is for a Non-Owner Occupied Property Only. (Business Purpose Loans Only) This application is for Business Purpose Loans Use Only. You cannot live in or move into the property and you affirm that you will not use the property for a primary residential home or use as a primary residence.. Your loan must be fully underwritten and valuations submitted by an independent licensed 3rd party and approved by the underwriter. Once we review your project pre-approval submission we will contact you by email and or phone. *Approvals are subject to full underwriting and validation of valuations and title verifications and insurance. LTV differ from projects to types of loans and are determined after full underwriting. Sellers of properties must be on insurable titles and proof of assignments must be vetted. Applying for a loan does not create a client relationship. Only after full underwriting is completed and a closing has occurred shall a client relationship be created between National Lending Pro and Borrower. National Lending Pro is a direct lender as well as a broker with all rights reserved. Borrowers and Applicants agree not to circumvent National Lending Pro with Capital Market Providers and Lenders used in pricing loans for up to 14 months after completion of Pre-Approval and or Application for loans. Direct Private Lenders and Brokers are welcome to apply through our portal and are protected as well under these provisions. If you are working with a Broker you agree that you have disclosed this in the Project Pre-Approval Application submitting their information. I further Understand That This is a Project Review Application for a Business Purpose Loan and does not create an obligation to give you or your entity a loan and may at anytime cancel your application up until closing.
