• LittleRose Canine Services Board and Train Contract

     

    This agreement is between LittleRose Canine Services and the below client. This is to insure that both parties understand and acknowledge the services being provided and the obligation training and maintenance is going to take after the services are complete. 

    A board and train program does not guarantee the dogs behavior and this agreement release LittleRose Canine Services from any legal action in regards to the pet once it leaves the kennel premises.

  • Training Fees: Client agrees to pay the Trainer a nonrefundable fee in the amount discussed in full at the start of the program.

  • Services: The Trainer agrees to provide all training previously discussed with the Client with the end goal of having a happy, obedient companion for the Client. The Trainer also agrees to provide training and guidance for the client after the course(s) is complete so the Client has a full knowledge of the proper maintenance and handling of the dog. These services will take place at the Trainers home/kennel. The Client understands that he/she and all members of the household must follow the Trainers instructions without modification, work with the dog daily as recommended and constantly reinforce training being given to the dog after the completion of the course(s) the Trainer makes no guarantee of the dogs performance or behavior after the course(s) are completed if the Client does not follow all instructions. Liability: If the dog causes property damage, bites or injures any dog, animal or person (including but not limited to the Trainer) during or after the term of the agreement then the Client agrees to pay all resulting losses and damages suffered. If the dog is injured in a fight or in any other manner during or after the term of the agreement the Client assumes the risk and agrees that the Trainer should not be held responsible for any resulting injuries, losses, damages, costs or expenses unless the cause of these are a direct result of the negligence on the Trainers part. The Client guarantees that they are the legal owner of the dog and that the dog is up to date on all required vaccinations. The Client also guarantees that the dog does not suffer from any known ailments and does not require any medications. If medications are required the Client is obligated to provide them for the Trainer and disclose all medical treatments needed. The Client gives full permission for the Trainer to take the dog to a licensed veterinarian in the case of an emergency and agrees to cover the full cost of all expenses. The Trainer also guarantees to alert the Client if the dog does require any medical attention.
