LittleRose Canine Services Private Lesson Agreement

Services: Trainer agrees to provide private lessons for Client and Dog on a one on one basis, the goal being to teach Client how to train, maintain and work with Dog. Trainer will make every effort to help Client achieve all of their training and behavioral goals. Client understands that he/she and all members of the household must follow Trainers instructions without modification, work with dog daily as recommended and constantly reinforce training given to Dog. Trainer can make no guarantee of Dog's performance unless instructions are followed.

Liability: If Dog causes property damage or bites or injures any dog, animal or person (including but not limited to the Trainer and Trainer's assistants) during or after the term of this agreement, then Client agrees to assume all costs of resulting losses, damages or injuries incurred and to defend and indemnify Trainer from any resulting demands, lawsuits, losses or expenses. If dog is injured in a fight or in any other manner during or after the term of agreement, Client assumes the risk and responsibility and agrees Trainer should not be held responsible for any resulting injuries, losses, damages or expenses.

At Trainers sole discretion, Trainers duties shall be terminated if (A) in Trainers sole judgement Dog is too dangerous or vicious to Trainer or any other person or animal, or (B) Client breaches any condition of this agreement. Upon resulting termination, Trainers duties will be terminated but all other aspects of this agreement will continue in full force and effect.

This agreement is binding between Client, spouse of Client and all other household members of Client and supersedes any prior agreements or guarantees discussed between Client and Trainer. Client acknowledges the Trainer has not promised or guaranteed the Dog will never bite, that Dog will never display dangerous behaviors in the future, that Dog will never display behavioral problems or the results of the training will last for any exact period of time.

Cancellation Policy: If Client fails to give at least 24 hours cancellation notice or is not present at time of scheduled appointment, all session fees are still due. Any missed session will be counted as one completed session.
