I understand that all materials will remain the property of the Timothy S.Y. Lam Foundation, and I am not entitled to any compensation or payment for their use. I also hereby release the Timothy S.Y. Lam Foundation and its agents and employees from all claims, demands, and liabilities whatsoever in connection with the above.
