If I have a fever or show any other signs of illness, I will notify my manager and the League Admin immediately and understand I may not be able to play until the proper safety protocols have been followed, including a negative COVID test and/or quarantine if that is required. In compliance of our Golden Rule, I will not be a selfish dick.

Unless I'm notified of revised protocols, family and/or friends that come to watch me play, MUST practice proper social distancing protocol. This includes being AT LEAST 6 feet from the touch lines.

I have read and understand the Rules posted on our site (https://4SMensSoccer.com). The 4S Ranch Men's Soccer League is an adult recreational soccer league. Team soccer is a physical, contact, sport that involves the risk of injury and a social activity that involves interaction between individuals. I am in proper physical and mental condition to participate. I assume all risks and hazards associated with my participation. I release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the 4S Ranch Youth Soccer Association, 4S Ranch Men's Soccer League, its sponsors, administrators, managers, organizers, Boys & Girls Club of Greater San Diego, County of San Diego Parks & Recreation, Maranatha Christian Schools, Del Norte High School, and any other individual(s) whom may be alleged to be associated and/or responsible for any damage, including but not limited to, physical injury, emotional distress, discrimination, harassment, violation of civil rights, and any type of harm whatsoever by virtue of their involvement in managing, organizing or supervising the 4S Ranch Men's Soccer League or teams therein, 4S Ranch Youth Soccer Association, Boys & Girls Club of Greater San Diego, County of San Diego Parks & Recreation, Maranatha Christian Schools, Del Norte High School, any other schools in the Poway and San Diego Unified School Districts, and all of their representatives, agents, successors, and assigns, for any and all damage or injury as set forth above to me or my property, and to my guests and their property to the extent permitted by law, arising from my participation in the 4S Ranch Men's Soccer League. I acknowledge that I have read the Rules applicable to participants in the 4S Ranch Men's Soccer League and I agree to abide by them, and to support the spirit and tradition of the League as a recreational/social league. I acknowledge that violations of the Rules may result in my immediate expulsion from the League and waiver of my registration fee.
