    My name is Ashley Pulido, I am now accepting new client request forms to make it easier before booking your appointments. This makes it to where I can see if your desired color is achievable and if we are a good fit for each other. These are required for new clients only and I will read over them and send you a message via text to book your appointment! Please allow 3-5 business days for a response. Thank you!

  • I do not work weekends, however if I do open up a weekend day it is posted on my Instagram stories on a first come first serve basis.

    Also please make sure to have SPECIFIC dates ready you are looking to book for.


  • POLICY PLEASE READ ENTIRELY
    If an in person consultation is required for a new guest. The consultation cannot be on the same day of the actual hair appointment. If you live further away or live out of state please mention that above and we can schedule a virtual consultation. Consultations are $25 nonrefundable and they are 30 minutes with Ashley Pulido. Fee does not go toward service.

    A $50 nonrefundable deposit is require for all new guests in order to book. Please make sure to have it ready or appointment will not be held. Deposit does not go toward the service. 

     Pricing is discussed during the consultation. You will be given a minimum and maximum after I assess your hair. Virtual consultations will be given a starting rate as I can't see your hair density and health in person yet. 


    I require a credit card to hold each reservation. In the event that you have to cancel or reschedule a reservation, 48 hours notice is required. I understand that emergencies do happen, but out of respect for me please give the time to refill your spot as many of my services require a full date appointment especially corrective and blonding sessions.  If 48 hours notice is not given the card on file will be charged $100. 

    If your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours 50% of the service that was scheduled to be performed will be charged to the card on file. No shows are included under this policy and will be charged for the entire amount of the service booked. Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled reservation I will not be able to guarantee that you will receive the full services scheduled.

    I do not issue refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your hair I would love to make adjustments for you within 7 days of your original service! I can not perform any redo services if you or another stylist makes adjustments to your hair.
