    Hi there! I’m happy you’re here, thank you for considering me as your new stylist. My name is Ashley Pulido, I am now accepting new client request forms to make it easier before booking your appointments. This makes it to where I can see if your desired color is achievable and if we are a good fit for each other. These are required for NEW CLIENTS ONLY and I will read over them and send you a message via text to book your appointment!

    I DO NOT DO STAND ALONE HAIRCUT ONLY APPOINTMENTS FOR NEW CLIENTS (ONLY COLOR SERVICES), I DO NOT OFFER EXTENSIONS, AND IM NOT ACCEPTING CLIENTS WITH BOX COLOR/ PROFESSIONAL DARK PERMANENT COLOR

  • If you have previously filled out a form and did not respond or follow up, please note that you will most likely not receive a response. I prioritize active inquiries and returning clients who are ready to book.

  • If 'YES' I am not accepting any clients under the age of 18, unfortunately you are NOT eligible to be a new client.

  • BOX COLOR OR PROFESSIONAL DARK PERMANENT COLOR 


    I'm NOT currently accepting any clients with  ANY box color from the drugstore, Sally's, ect OR professional dark permanent color. Please DO NOT fill out form if you have any previous box color or professional dark permanent color!

    Please upload hair photos below. Photos should be taken in a well lit room with natural light. Make sure to have your hair completely down with a clear view of it. Please no up close selfies!

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    In case that more than 48 hours notice is not given for a cancellation or reschedule, you will lose your deposit and have to pay a $100 fee in order to rebook. If you no show you will not be allowed to rebook at all.

     
    Please be aware if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your stylist may not be able to provide the service you scheduled for and you may be turned away. As a courtesy to the stylist and other clients please notify your stylist if you are running late (even if it’s just 5 minutes).

     
    Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy. It is in place to respect the time of the stylist and other clients that may be affected. 

     

    A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required to hold your appointment (does go towards appointment), please make to have it ready when booking or appointment will not be held.

    Thank you for taking the time to fill out this new client form and considering me to be your potential Stylist. By completing this form, you understand that there is no guarantee that I will be able to take you on as a client, not everyone will receive a response.

     

    My schedule is Tuesday through Friday, if you would like a Saturday or Monday appointment, I do charge a higher hourly rate because those are my days off. I do require all Bigger lightening services (platinum blondes/bright blondes) to be booked in the morning. My latest appointment is 1:30-2:30pm, I do NOT do late appointments.
