If you have never played tennis before or would like to work more closely on technique, footwork, consistency, singles and doubles strategy-these are the sessions for you!!!

League player (Lady B-C / Division 3-4-5 & Mens B-C & D level) or similar level

 

• Men & Ladies welcome
• No sessions on public holidays and ESF school breaks
• 1hr, 1.5hr or 2hr sessions available

 

$300 per Member for 1hr session

$455 per Member for 1.5hr session

$600 per Member for 2hr session
+ share of indoor court and/or lighting fee if applicable
 

REGULATIONS 
Please read carefully and print form for your record

1. The current course begins the week of 1st September 2025 and ends on 26 June 2026. There will be no clinics on public holidays and ESF school breaks (below). After the summer break in July & August 2026. Clinics will resume again on Monday 31st August 2026.

2. The cost of each Clinic session per person is HK$300 for 1 hour class, HK$455 for 1.5 hour class or HK$600 for 2 hour class + share of indoor court fee if playing indoors or lighting fee 6pm onwards. Min of 3 and max of 4 players.
   
   
3. A guest will be welcome to join a clinic if accompanied by the Member he is registered with and a 10% surcharge will apply. For no show and cancellations, the Member will be charged the relevant fees.
   
   
4. If you would like to withdraw from the course you must give at least 28 days notice prior to your last planned session by completing an online cancellation form (can be scanned anytime at the tennis notice board near Sports Desk).
   
   
5. You may have a Member of a comparable standard take your place for any session that you as the signed up Member cannot attend. Regular players of a clinic class will be automatically enrolled in a WhatsApp group with their coach and a couple of potential substitute players from the same tennis level of the group to help member to arrange subbing. The full clinic fee will apply for no-shows or if a replacement could not be arranged. 
   
   
6. If a Member cannot attend the course for up to 2 weeks due to a medical reason, make up sessions will be arranged at a later date following provision of a medical note. In such cases, the Member must inform their Clinic Coach directly about their sick leave prior to the session (by text or email). In the event of a no show with no prior notice about the medical case, the Member will not qualify for a make up session for that particular session. In the event that two dates offered for a make up class are still not taken, no further make ups can be offered (ie each missed session will only have two make-up options).
   
   
7. If a Member cannot attend the course for more than 2 weeks due to a medical reason, the course will be cancelled immediately upon provision of a medical note confirming that the Member is on sick leave and/or not recommended to participate in any physical activity for more than 2 weeks. 
   
   
8. In case of bad weather (outdoor classes), please feel free to text your coach 1 hour prior to the class to check if your session is on. If the session is cancelled due to bad weather, you will not be charged for the class.

By submitting this form, I accept the regualtions of the clinics & agree to my email address being provided to other clinic players for the purpose of contacting me as a potential replacement player.

I agree that the releveant coaching fees will be charged to my Club account upon confirmation of my aceptance into a clinic and understand the Cancellation/No Show policy as stated above.

I also accept that I am taking part in this activity at my own risk and accept that neither the Club nor it’s appointed coaches will be liable for any accident and/or injuries arising from my participation, however caused.
