    $305 per Member for 1hr clinic

  • REGULATIONS 
    Please read carefully and print form for your record

    1. The current course begins Tuesday 1st September 2026 and ends on 25 June 2027 (after class). There will be no clinics on public holidays and ESF school breaks (below). After the summer break in July & August 2027, programme will resume again on Wednesday 1st September 2027.

    2. The cost of each clinic per person is HK$305 for 1 hour class, HK$465 for 1.5 hour class or HK$610 for 2 hour class + share of indoor court fee if playing indoors or lighting fee 6pm onwards. Minimum of 3 and maximum of 4 players.

    3. A guest will be welcome to join a clinic if accompanied by the Member he is registered with and a 10% surcharge will apply. For no show and cancellations, the Member will be charged the relevant fees.

    4. If you would like to withdraw from the clinic you must give at least 28 days notice prior to your last planned session by completing an online cancellation form (can be scanned anytime at the tennis notice board near Sports Desk).

    5. You may have a Member of a comparable standard take your place for any session that you as the signed up Member cannot attend. Regular players of a clinic class will be automatically enrolled in a WhatsApp group with their coach and a couple of potential substitute players from the same tennis level of the group to help member to arrange subbing. The full clinic fee will apply for no-shows or if a replacement could not be arranged. 

    6. If a Member cannot attend the clinic due to a medical reason, a doctor certificate must be provided withing 24hrs to avoid any charge. In such cases, the Member must inform the Clinic Coach directly about their sick leave prior to the session (by texting the whatsapp group class and offering the spot to a backup player).

    7. In case of bad weather (outdoor classes), your coach will inform you 1 hour prior to the class if your session is cancelled. If the session is cancelled due to bad weather, you will not be charged for the class. NO NEWS FROM THE COACH ALWAYS MEANS LESSON IS ON
    8. Evening clinics may occasionnally be cancelled or relocated due to Hong Kong China Tennis Association evening league fixtures (double headers). Members will be informed at least one week in advance. Clinic fee won't get charged in case of cancellation

     


    By submitting this form, I accept the regualtions of the clinics & agree to my email address being provided to other clinic players for the purpose of contacting me as a potential replacement player.

    I agree that the releveant coaching fees will be charged to my Club account upon confirmation of my aceptance into a clinic and understand the Cancellation/No Show policy as stated above.

    I also accept that I am taking part in this activity at my own risk and accept that neither the Club nor it’s appointed coaches will be liable for any accident and/or injuries arising from my participation, however caused.

  • By registering for this event or activity, you acknowledge that photography and/or videography may take place and may be used by the LRC or TennisAsia for promotional purposes across its channels, including but not limited to social media, website, mobile app, magazine and eNewsletter.
