Terms and conditions of service
I accept that the above cylinder and valve will be inspected and/or tested in accordance with the following standard, BS EN ISO 18119: 2018, BS EN 1802:2002, BS EN 1968:2002 as applicable and valve serviced to BS EN 22434:2011, in accordance with IDEST CP11:2011. In the event of either the cylinder or the valve failing to meet the appropriate standard, it will be destroyed and not returned to me. I also accept that goods not collected within 3 months will be sold to defray costs. Please carry out the work required to return the cylinder and valve to service.
