ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Meet and/or exceed revenue and inventory goals. Maintain accountability for all e- commerce and Goodwill related assets; ensure protection of assets from either internal or external losses.
2. Review daily item shipping list, utilizing software and technology, and carefully pull and transfer items from e-commerce warehouse to shipping station.
3. Examine shipment contents and verify item numbers with the daily shipping list.
4. Pack, seal, label, or affix postage to prepare materials for shipping.
5. Utilize shipping software, equipment, and supplies to ensure each package is properly prepared and packed for shipment.
6. Move materials and packages throughout warehouse facility safely and efficiently from e- commerce area to loading area.
7. Manages time to complete daily assignments and goals within established parameters.
8. When shipping duties are completed for the day, acts as Backup Item Poster.
9. List all items accurately, comprehensively, with no typos or spelling errors. ensure proper descriptions to maximize the exposure and value.

11. Achieve the average daily/weekly/monthly posting goals, sales goals and sell through goals as established by the E-Commerce Manager and Donated Goods and Retail Director.
12. Follow all posting procedures to assign a listing # and proper storage placement to easily find for shipping.
13. Follow all ShopGoodwill audit standards to ensure compliance.
14. Photograph each item with a digital camera having at least 6 pictures per item or necessary amount to depict the accuracy to on-line bidders.
15. Follow all policies/procedures within Goodwill Industries and specifically designated for E- Commerce.

POSITION REQUIREMENT
High School diploma and related experience.
2 years' experience in medium to high volume packing and shipping role required.
Experience in online retail/e-commerce sales preferred.
Experience with technology and computer software strongly preferred.
*Experience selling items online in the resale space via eBay or Amazon is preferred as well as some knowledge of collectables/antiques.

License Check - valid driver's license and proof of insurability or is able to provide transportation.
