Thank you for your interest in our enriching educational programs! Please note that all program fees are for groups of 25 individuals unless otherwise noted in the program description. Group numbers must not exceed 25 total individuals within a single program. We are unable to accommodate more than 25 individuals in a single program. If you have more than 25 individuals, then a second program will be added. To best accommodate you we ask that you finalize your total number of participants with us no less than 3 business days before your program.
Please note that completing this form does not guarantee your booking. In order to book an educational program, payment for the program(s) must be submitted at least 10 days prior to your visit. Admission fees are not due until the day you come. Please understand that a program booking is not complete until the Museum receives the registration form, payment, and has issued a written confirmation or receipt of program payment to your group.
Program fee: Program prices vary per program. Please see onsite/offsite programs for prices. Check, cash, credit card, or purchase order (total balance must be paid upon arrival) are accepted.
Programs can be scheduled between 10am-4pm. An additional fee of $25 applies to programs outside those times.

Admission fee: Admission is not included in the program fee. May be paid upon arrival. Admission waived for 1 adult chaperone per 10 children. Group admission (20 or more): children (15 and under) $10.00 and adults $14.00
Cancellations: A refund of the program fee, minus a $25 processing fee will be issued to groups canceling up to two business days (Monday- Friday) prior to the program. Any groups canceling within two business days (Monday-Friday) will not receive a refund.
Programs will not be canceled due to weather. An alternative indoor program will be given.
Scheduling Changes: We understand that changes arise in scheduling and therefore allow for one change in date and time no less than 2 weeks prior to a reservation. A $25 processing fee for program date/time change is applied to any change made in addition to the allowed change, or one less than 2 weeks prior.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled program with no notice, the Museum reserves the right to cancel your program without a refund. A shortened version of the program may be given.
Please book your program at least 14 days before your selected date so that we can ensure availability. Payment, or a purchase order (total balance must be paid upon arrival) is required 10 days prior to your program date.
Payment types accepted for programs: cash, check, credit card, or purchase order. If you are paying via cash or check please note that, if scheduling a program, it will not be booked until full payment or a PO (total balance must be paid upon arrival) is received for the program.
