ESSENTIAL FUNCTION
1. Assist Vice President of H R & Mission Services to identify training and development needs for employees and consumers
2.Assist Vice President of HR & Mission Services to design and develop training programs and materials based on identified needs
3. Ensure training requirements are met by employees and consumers
4. Develop and maintain yearly, monthly and weekly training schedule
5. Coordinate with outside entities to provide training on specific subject matter
6. Manage the Career Preparation Specialist
7. Assist with the preparation and review of resumes
8. Appraise competency of trainees through the development of testing and evaluation procedures
9. Coordinate training and progress of students with Mission Services and HR Departments
10. Other duties as assigned by the V.P. of HR and Mission Services

1. Maintains a good working relationship and provide excellent customer service to all consumers, staff, customers and supervisors
